Mission

Masjidullah Incorporated is a 501 3(c) non-profit organization formed: 

• to promote and assist in the social and religious welfare of all people,
• to teach and propagate the religion of Al-Islam in accordance with the clear dictates of the Holy Qur'an and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessing upon Him),
• to establish the Holy Qur'an as the book of guidance for humanity, and the life of Prophet Muhammad (Peace and Blessing upon Him) as the example for human conduct
• to support the purity of the Constitution of United States of America, and the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

COMMITTEE INFORMATION

Nominations for the Nominating Committee are open. Deadline to submit nominations are June 8th. Nominating forms can be pick up at the masjid or can be requested by email from Sister Zakiyyah at secretary@masjidullah.org The purpose of the Nominating Committee is to prepare and submit  Board of Trustees (BOT) candidates  which will be voted upon in November/December 2012 by members.

Bylaw Committee: This committee is responsible for drafting amendments to the by-laws. Imam Mikal is the chair of the committee. He is in search for individuals to assist in the developing amendments to our current by-laws. The results of the committee will then be submitted to the Majlis member for comments and additions, then presented to the membership at a Member forum. The proposed by-law amendments will be edited, if necessary, then voted upon by the membership. This is a very important task and will define the future of our organization. Thank you everyone that submitted your letter of interest. Those of you that have been selected, you have been notified via email.

Current Volunteer Positions

Membership Data Analyst: enters and maintains the membership data information into our membership database; works with the Membership committee and AIS committee

Supplies, Equipment and Inventory Manager: manages/orders supplies and inventory; enters and maintains equipment information in our inventory database; will work closely with Treasurer Office and  is a member of the AIS committee

Resident Imam Administrative Assistant: provides administrative and logistical support  to the Resident Imam's Office.

Online Media Sales Manager: Manages online sales of Masjid's current and past audio and video recordings inventory. Must have extensive computer skills

Accounts Payable Specialist: This individual would be responsible for entering account payable transactions.This position is within the Treasurer's Office.

MEDP: MASJIDULLAH'S EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
MEDP is specialized member sponsored secular program that is open to the general public. WE encourage attendance from the community. BLASTEEM, MPP (Marriage Partnership Program), Community Health Program and the Financial and Entrepreneurial Literacy Programs are under the MEDP. Click here to view information about these programs.
